What to Expect: ATBs' 6-Step Project Process

Step 1: Discuss Your Vision or Let ATB Design it

We’ll start with a conversation to understand your vision, goals, style, and priorities. You can call, text, or email—whichever is easiest for you.

Step 2: Submit Project Details & Photos

Complete the contact form below. After submitting, you’ll be directed to a more detailed form— both forms are required.

Please text or email us the following:

A few photos with brief descriptions of the proposed work areas, a wide view of the home or business, any inspiration images that reflect the style you’re looking for, and—if possible—rough measurements of the work areas.

Rough measurements are optional. They are only required if you’d like a preliminary ballpark price range before scheduling an on-site consultation.

This whole step takes approximately 4–7 minutes and allows us to review your project accurately.

Step 3: Receive a Ballpark Price Range (and Schedule Your Consultation)

After we review your completed forms, photos, and any rough measurements provided, we will prepare a complimentary preliminary price range for your project. If that range aligns with your expectations, we will then schedule an on-site consultation to review project details and finalize the scope of work together.

Step 4: On-Site Consultation

At the consultation, we’ll take accurate measurements and finalize the important details—project expectations, materials, colors, and design options. We’ll also review timeline, payment schedule, and how we’ll keep the process smooth and respectful of your daily routine at your home or business.

Step 5: Approval & Deposit

Within one week, you will receive a detailed proposal by email, text, or via Zoom. After reviewing the proposal, you will have the option to approve it and submit a deposit. The deposit secures your project on our schedule and allows us to move forward with planning and preparation.

Step 6: Project Begins & The Final Walkthrough

Once approved and deposit is in, we get right to work and start handling the first steps to a succesful project—material ordering, utility locates, equipment delivery and scheduling. Upon completion, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to confirm everything meets or exceeds your expectations, and answer any questions. Thank you!
